This superb quality thatched roofed villa is built in 2003.
A large tropical garden of 1549 m2 surrounds the villa which is fenced and has Angkul-Angkul for your privacy.


The building has a total floor area of 260 m2 with a huge living room, dining area, kitchen, 2 bedrooms,2 bathrooms, a lobby and an open garage.
In the front of the villa is a large veranda with a nice outside lounge and dining area.
The authentic gazebo in the front garden adds to the relaxing atmosphere.

Facilities :
Fully equipped kitchen, Airco, Hot water, Satelite TV, Fans, and the extra emergency powersuply, makes this villa suitable for a long stay holiday home.
The lush garden with an authentic gazebo contains many fruit-trees like mango, papaya, banana and rambutan and beautiful flowers.
Palm Beach Garden is located in Klui -Mangsit, 5 km north of Senggigi in a tranquil valley and very close to Lomboks beautiful withe sand beaches.

The Villa is fully furnished and equipped.
